Contact form: name, email address and the content of your message, to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: consent (when submitting the form).
Newsletter: your email address, to send you Erinco news and offers. Legal basis: consent (when subscribing). You can unsubscribe at any time from the email itself or by writing to promociones@erinco.es.
Orders: name, shipping address, email and payment details necessary to process your order. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
3. How long we keep your data
For as long as your relationship with Erinco exists and, afterwards, for the legally required periods (for example, tax and accounting obligations), or until you request its deletion if the processing is based solely on your consent.
4. Who we share your data with
- Hostinger — web hosting and email.
- Brevo — sending the newsletter of news and offers.
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for purposes other than those described here.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to soporte@erinco.es, stating which right you wish to exercise. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe we have not handled your data correctly.
