2. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern the purchase of products through erinco.es. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms, of the returns and refunds policy, and of the rest of the legal information available on this website.
3. Purchase process
To place an order, the customer selects the desired products, indicating size and colour where applicable, and adds them to the cart. Before confirming the order, a summary is shown with the items, quantities, price and shipping costs, and the customer may review and correct the details entered. The order is confirmed once the payment process is complete, at which point a confirmation email is sent.
4. Prices and payment method
The prices shown on the website are those applicable at the time the order is placed, expressed in euros (€). The available payment methods are indicated during the purchase process.
5. Shipping
Delivery times, shipping zones and the corresponding costs are detailed on our shipping information page.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase, under the terms and conditions detailed on our returns and refunds page, including who bears the shipping costs of the return depending on the reason for it.

Products sold through erinco.es carry the legal warranties of conformity recognised for consumers in the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) and other applicable regulations.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the purchase, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals that correspond by law, without prejudice to any jurisdiction that may correspond to the consumer.
